Our logo and branding had become out dated, our website was very cluttered. The business had undergone a few changes and was developing rapidly as a result of the mining boom. We were after a clean new look that didn’t deviate from our old logo and after discussing our needs with Forge Creative I felt very comfortable with their approach, which was relaxed but targeted.
After one meeting the designers went away with some idea of what I wanted with the redesign of the logo. The process was then very simple. Forge Creative provided several examples of a logo and identity. We exchanged a few emails tweaking the design. Once I settled on the logo design, they quickly provided examples of business cards, letterhead and website design.
Since the business cards were printed and the website went online the response has been very positive. We work very closely with Indigenous people in the North-West and our cards are frequently asked for. Our business cards are very tactile with an embossed lizard as part of the logo. Visits to our website increased 200%.
The personal service provided by Forge Creative made this process an enjoyable one; it was a pleasure to assist in the logo design and then watch as Forge Creative transformed it into our brand.
